Meetings

All graduate students are welcome to attend and raise questions at both General Assembly (GA) Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings. However, only official COGS representatives or Executive Committee members may vote at these meetings. Food & drinks will be served at GA meetings. We need at least 30 representatives to attend each GA meetings in order to form a quorum (The minimal number of officers and members who must be present for all business to count).

General Assembly (GA) Meetings

The General Assembly meetings occur one week after the monthly GAPSA and University Senate meetings. All graduate students are welcome to attend. This semester's meetings will be held on:

• Wed. February 6 - Coffman Union, Conference Room 303
• Thurs. March 6 - St. Paul Student Center, Room 202
• Thurs. April 24 - Coffman Union, President's Room

Food is served at 5pm; all meetings start at 5:15 and end at 6:45.
