All graduate students are welcome to attend and raise questions at both General Assembly (GA) Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings. However, only official COGS representatives or Executive Committee members may vote at these meetings. Food & drinks will be served at GA meetings. We need at least 30 representatives to attend each GA meetings in order to form a quorum (The minimal number of officers and members who must be present for all business to count).
The General Assembly meetings occur one week after the monthly GAPSA and University Senate meetings. All graduate students are welcome to attend. 2008-2009 GA Meeting minutes are available below.
Food is served at 5:30pm; Meeting start at 6:00 and ends at 7:30.
